Personal data
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we process data when you use allplayershare.com, join the waitlist or contact us.
Last updated: 26 July 20261. Controller
The controller is ALLPlayerShare P.S.A., ul. Moniuszki 11, 35-015 Rzeszów, Polska, KRS: 0001112319, NIP: 8133917629, REGON: 528968419, e-mail: contact@allplayershare.com.
The company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For all privacy matters, contact contact@allplayershare.com.
2. Data we process
Waitlist and product updates: email address, selected use case, locale, market, source, UTM parameters, form ID, consent version and timestamp, and subscription status.
Contact form: name or company name, email address, message, page language and technical information needed to protect the form against abuse.
Website use and security: IP address, request time, technical identifiers, browser and device information, visited URL, error events and attempted abuse.
Cookies, analytics and advertising: cookie preferences and — only after relevant consent and activation — website activity and campaign information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We manage the waitlist and send ALLPlayerShare product updates on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the consent required for electronic marketing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
We handle contact requests to provide the requested electronic service, take steps requested before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or pursue our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website security, spam prevention, security logs and the establishment, exercise or defence of claims rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Meta Pixel advertising measurement runs only after advertising consent. Refusing consent does not block the forms or the waitlist.
4. Recipients
Recipients may include hosting, website maintenance, anti-abuse, IT, legal and accounting providers, and public authorities or other entities entitled by law.
We use Mailchimp, provided by Intuit, for the waitlist. After advertising consent, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may receive website activity data for campaign measurement and ad personalisation. We limit disclosure to what is necessary for each service.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Global service providers may process data outside the EEA. Depending on the current status of the recipient, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified entities, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary safeguards where required.
6. Profiling and automated decisions
After advertising consent, activity data recorded by Meta Pixel may be used for audience creation, campaign measurement and ad personalisation. This may involve advertising profiling. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects for users.
7. Retention
Waitlist data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the waitlist purpose ends. A minimal record of consent and unsubscribe may be retained for 3 years for accountability and claims.
Contact correspondence is retained until the matter ends, for no longer than 12 months, unless longer retention is required by law or for claims. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months. Cookie preferences are stored for 12 months.
8. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time.
Send requests to contact@allplayershare.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or your local supervisory authority.
9. Required data and security
Providing data is voluntary, but an email address and use case are required to join the waitlist, while required contact form fields are needed to answer.
We use risk-appropriate safeguards, including a fixed form recipient, anti-bot traps, origin checks, rate limits, duplicate protection and security event logging.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the website, services or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date are always published here.
