Purchase request questions

Can I submit a purchase request now?

Yes. You can submit a free purchase request now. Production is in progress, and delivery will be no later than 31 December 2026. The individual offer cannot state a later delivery date.

Does submitting the form create a contract or payment obligation?

No. The request is not an order, reservation or acceptance of an offer. First, we will send an individual offer with the terms, full price, bank-transfer details and delivery date. A contract with a payment obligation is formed only after you explicitly accept that offer.

How do payment and fulfilment work?

Payment is made by bank transfer using the details in the offer. We handle the purchase and fulfilment manually. No payment is taken when you submit a request.

What is the difference between the two models?

Both models provide the same essential functions. The higher-priced version also includes a built-in device status display.

Is an SSD included in the device price?

No. SSD storage is optional. Choose one of the capacities shown or use your own compatible M.2 NVMe drive. The selected configuration cost will be included in your individual offer.

What else is needed to get started?

A compatible USB-C power adapter rated for at least 2 A is required. When using an SSD and a 5G modem at the same time, we recommend a USB-C Power Delivery adapter. Storage media (an SSD or USB flash drive), an HDMI cable for connecting ALLPlayerShare to a TV, and other accessories are sold separately.

The device price is for the model without an optional SSD. The price of your selected SSD will be set out in the individual offer. We will confirm the total — including the selected configuration and delivery — in the offer. The purchase request itself is not an offer or an order.
