1. Provider and scope

The service provider is ALLPlayerShare P.S.A., ul. Moniuszki 11, 35-015 Rzeszów, Polska, KRS: 0001112319, NIP: 8133917629, REGON: 528968419, e-mail: contact@allplayershare.com. These terms govern free use of allplayershare.com, the waitlist/product updates, the contact form and the service for submitting purchase requests.

The website allows you to submit a purchase request to receive an individual offer for a device. A purchase request is not an offer, order or reservation from you and does not create a contract or payment obligation. The seller will send an individual offer with the terms, total price, bank-transfer details and delivery date. The offer may not state a delivery date later than 31 December 2026. A contract with a payment obligation is formed only after you explicitly accept that offer. Payment is by bank transfer, and purchase fulfilment is handled manually.

2. Services

The website provides information about ALLPlayerShare and the funded project, allows voluntary waitlist/newsletter registration, enables purchase requests for an individual offer and enables messages to the provider.

The newsletter requires an email address, selected use case and the clearly labelled consent button. A purchase request requires the fields marked as required and acknowledgement of the privacy information; it does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser supporting HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, and a working email account when using a form or the waitlist. Ordinary internet access costs are governed by your provider contract.

4. Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate data and use the website lawfully. Illegal content, third-party rights infringements, malware, spam, bypassing safeguards, overloading the website and automated abuse of forms are prohibited.

5. Start and termination

Browsing starts when the website is opened and ends when it is left. The contact service starts on submission and ends when the matter is concluded.

The waitlist service starts after the form is submitted successfully. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting contact@allplayershare.com.

The purchase-request service starts when the request is submitted successfully and ends after the individual offer has been sent and related correspondence is closed. Submitting a purchase request creates no contract or payment obligation. A contract with a payment obligation is formed only after you explicitly accept the offer; the sales terms will be provided before you accept.

6. Complaints

Complaints about electronic services may be emailed to contact@allplayershare.com or posted to the provider’s address. Include contact details, a description, the date and the requested solution where possible.

We consider complaints within 14 days of receipt. If information is missing, we may request it and will reply using the supplied contact details.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, layout, graphics and marks may be protected. Use beyond applicable legal exceptions requires permission. References to GoPro, DJI Osmo and Insta360 describe example use cases and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

8. Liability and availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but may perform maintenance, change content or temporarily restrict access. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet failures, operators, force majeure or unlawful third-party acts.

The individual offer will state the applicable configuration, total price and delivery date, which may not be later than 31 December 2026. If information on this page differs from an offer, the terms in the offer accepted by the buyer apply, subject to mandatory law.

9. Final provisions

Polish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Material changes affecting an ongoing waitlist or purchase-request service will be communicated appropriately.
