1. Provider and scope

The service provider is ALLPlayerShare P.S.A., ul. Moniuszki 11, 35-015 Rzeszów, Polska, KRS: 0001112319, NIP: 8133917629, REGON: 528968419, e-mail: contact@allplayershare.com. These terms govern free use of allplayershare.com, the waitlist/product updates and the contact form.

The website does not currently sell products, accept reservations or guarantee a price, launch date or device availability. A future store will require separate sales terms.

2. Services

The website provides information about ALLPlayerShare and the funded project, allows voluntary waitlist/newsletter registration and enables messages to the provider.

Joining requires an email address, a selected use case and clicking the clearly labelled consent button.

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser supporting HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, and a working email account. Ordinary internet access costs are governed by your provider contract.

4. Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate data and use the website lawfully. Illegal content, third-party rights infringements, malware, spam, bypassing safeguards, overloading the website and automated abuse of forms are prohibited.

5. Start and termination

Browsing starts when the website is opened and ends when it is left. The contact service starts on submission and ends when the matter is concluded.

The waitlist service starts after the form is submitted successfully. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting contact@allplayershare.com.

6. Complaints

Complaints about electronic services may be emailed to contact@allplayershare.com or posted to the provider’s address. Include contact details, a description, the date and the requested solution where possible.

We consider complaints within 14 days of receipt. If information is missing, we may request it and will reply using the supplied contact details.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, layout, graphics and marks may be protected. Use beyond applicable legal exceptions requires permission. References to GoPro, DJI Osmo and Insta360 describe example use cases and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

8. Liability and availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but may perform maintenance, change content or temporarily restrict access. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet failures, operators, force majeure or unlawful third-party acts.

Information about the product under development is informational and may change before sales begin.

9. Final provisions

Polish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Material changes affecting an ongoing waitlist service will be communicated appropriately.
